How To Learn Sign Language

Get Windows to speak your language

[MUSIC]>>Hello everyone, I’m Pankaj Mathur, from
the Windows team. Today, I’ll tell you about exciting changes in Windows
10 April 2018 Update, that makes it very easy to
use Windows in your language. Let me show you how you can get a Local Experience Pack
that will switch the display language of Windows features such as desktop
and settings app, as well as install other related features such as keyboard and text-to-speech. In Windows 10, you
can go to “Settings”, “Time and language” then
select “Region and language.” Once here, click on
“Add a language.” In previous Windows 10 versions, there was a simple list
of languages. In the Windows 10
April 2018 Update, we have improved the search and added icons to make it
easier to understand the features that
each language supports including display text,
speech, and handwriting. Click “Next.” Select
the features that you want, and then click “Install.” Once the Local Experience Pack
finishes installing, simply sign out and
sign back into start enjoying windows in
the language you just chose. You can also acquire the
Local Experience Packs from the Microsoft Store. Just search for
Local Experience Packs for a complete list of
supported languages. Of course, you can also simply
search by language name. We will frequently
release newer versions of Local Experience Packs with
improved language quality. So make sure to keep yours updated by visiting
the Microsoft Store. If you have feedback or face any issues using
Local Experience Packs, please tell us through
the Feedback Hub app in Windows, so that our engineers can
investigate, and fix the issue. Hope this video helps you have a great Windows experience in your language,
thanks for watching. [MUSIC]
