8b. Beginner ASL Lesson Eight Part II: Sentences


Hi everyone, Laura Berg here. So this is part two of lesson eight. Make sure you did part one because that teaches you the vocabulary words for this lesson. So let’s start. Do you go to school Are you a teacher? What grade are you in? I’m in grade 5. Do you go to college? No, I go to university. My son is in kindergarten. Do you go to high school? I go to junior high school. My classroom has chalk and a chalkboard. Do you like school? No, school is boring. I hate school. I love school. School is so-so. I like school. I don’t like school. School is okay. You’ll need a pen and paper for the test. Test Is signed like this In your desk you should have an eraser, pencil,
ruler, glue and tape. I enjoy reading books. The printer is beside the computer. Do you need a stapler or paperclip? Okay, so it’s review time. Now what I’m going to do is put
those sentences up on the screen I want you to try and sign those sentences before Regent shows you how to do them again. Okay, let’s begin. Do you go to school? Are you a teacher?
